About our French classes
French punishes learners who postpone pronunciation. Nasal vowels, liaison and the silent endings decide whether you are understood in Paris or politely asked to repeat yourself, so we teach them from the first session rather than as a later polish.
Coursework follows the CEFR ladder from A1 upward and aligns with DELF, which matters if you are applying to a French university, a visa route, or a Francophone employer. Classes are 1:1 or small-batch, online, and scheduled around you.

- Which French levels do you teach?
- A1, A2 and B1, with DELF-aligned preparation alongside them.
- Do you prepare students for DELF?
- Yes. Coursework is aligned to the DELF format, with practice in the listening, reading, writing and speaking components.
- Is French useful for studying or migrating abroad?
- A recognised DELF level is commonly asked for by French-speaking universities, employers and several immigration routes. We teach toward the level you actually need rather than the highest one available.
- Can I start French with no background at all?
- No prior knowledge is needed. Complete beginners start at the first level and we place returning learners after a short conversation, so you begin where you actually are rather than where a syllabus assumes you are.
